Views Views are created by combining app layouts (how the items in your apps are visualized) and filters (which items you see).  In practice, views are the best way to either get a focused look at what you're responsible for (e.g. your project deliverables, sales leads, etc.) or an overview of the progress of your team.   Our video guide in the Help Centre will show you how to create your own. WATCH TUTORIAL Reports Reports will neatly summarize the data from your apps: build sales pipelines and revenue reports, display the time spent on projects, you name it. How to use Podio search

Podio Tip #5 Hi A, As more and more content is added in Podio, search becomes the best way to quickly find what you're working on. Search is based on your location in Podio. For example, if you're on your home screen, you'll see search results from everything you have access to in Podio. If you're in a workspace, you'll see results just from that workspace. In an app, you'll only get results from the contents of the app. LEARN MORE – SEARCH To search either hit  S  on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass in the blue menu bar. In the top left corner of Podio is the navigation menu, click here or hit  G  on your keyboard and begin to type the name of a workspace or app that you'd like to navigate to. You can then quickly jump to where you want to go.  Best regards, Team Podio You received this email because yo...
