Podio: share content with people outside your workspaces

Podio Tip #10 Hi A, When you need to share a single item from one of your apps, but you don't want to give someone access to your entire workspace, use Podio share. In the top right corner of any app item you'll see the share icon, using this is perfect for: Getting feedback on a specific project from a client Collaborating with a freelancer on a single project Inviting a colleague from outside your workspace to a meeting This way you'll be able to keep all your content and conversations in a single place that's visible to your team in the workspace. Podio: use workflows to automate your processes

Podio Tip #8 The more work you do in Podio, the more you can automate it. Workflows is a feature that can take away the manual, repetitive stuff involved in organizing your work. Workflows is based on "if this, then that" logic. For example: If you create a new item, then workflows can create a related task for you If an item is updated, then workflows can add a comment to mention you asking for your input In our Help Centre you'll find a video tutorial and guide to creating your own basic workflows.
