In the top right corner of any app item you'll see the share icon, using this is perfect for: Getting feedback on a specific project from a client Collaborating with a freelancer on a single project Inviting a colleague from outside your workspace to a meeting This way you'll be able to keep all your content and conversations in a single place that's visible to your team in the workspace. Here's a best practice guide to using them: Comments   – to us, comments are almost always the best way to discuss work for a number of reasons: they have an instantly recognizable context and they're quick to reference, as they're attached directly to the content you're discussing.
